Job Description:

  • Handling MOLOGIZ logistic projects including implementation, cost control, contract negotiation, and compliance monitoring.
  • Sourcing and onboarding new vendors by gathering information to establish a relationship with a new vendor.
  • Managing risk by identifying and prioritizing potential future events that could impact business and taking action to mitigate negative outcomes.
  • Setting mutually beneficial business goals and reporting KPI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree (all Major).
  • Have minimum 5 years experience in logistics industry.
  • Have logistic project experience.
  • Have experience in multimodal shipment across Indonesia.
  • Willing to do business travel to implement the projects.

Control Tower Proof of Delivery Officer

Implement and carry out the functions of monitoring order fulfillment, unit monitoring, and operational constraints of transporters in accordance with applicable directions, instructions, procedures, and guidelines with the aim of ensuring that all operational work runs in a balanced manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all system input data: Vehicle documents, transporter business documents are complete and according to requirements
  • Ensure the unit arrives at the loading and unloading location according to the shipper's loading and unloading hours
  • Ensure the return of POD from Mologiz on time
  • Check invoices and ensure all invoice documents are complete
  • Conduct application usage training to transporters

Education: S1

Experience: Logistics Company, AR/AP Experience, PoD Experience
